Our best rule of thumb is to be proactive when it comes to getting to know your pool mates.

Coming to monthly meetings will give you glimpses into your pool, but setting up 1:1 time is probably the best way to develop relationships with your pool mates.

These 1:1’s can be quick 20-30 minute calls, a quick coffee zoom, or meet-up if you're able to connect in person!

Remind yourself that your pool mates are excited that you are in the pool with them, so they will want to get to know you too.

If at first, you aren’t comfortable reaching out, we have a 1:1 match program that you’ll automatically be involved in (NOTE: If you completed the Client Experience survey, you already expressed your interest in the program. If you would like to update your interests, email us at pool_admin@pandopooling.com). Make sure to get involved with the 1:1 meetings and you’ll quickly see how easy the Pando 1:1’s are.

The match program helps you grow your network and also helps you find inspiration within the growing Pando community.

To help ensure you’re getting involved: come to monthly meetings alert and engaged, reach out to your pool for 1:1 time, and respond to the match program. If you do these things, you’ll feel your community growing around you.

Key Takeaways:

  • Attend meetings and reach out to your pool members to make 1:1 time.
  • Get involved in our 1:1 match program.
