In Treehouse, you can find the #celebrationstation channel where we celebrate individual pooler’s wins.
We encourage pools to be proactive about wins within their group and put them into the channel so the whole community can celebrate together.
We also like to know if poolers like to be publicly celebrated on Pando’s socials, feel free to identify that through the Client Experience survey (if you already filled this out from Pando’s welcome email to you, there is no need to resubmit. If you need to make any additions or edits to your responses, just email Pando at pool_admin@pandopooling.com).
It can be fun to call out members with your pool’s wins in our Pando general channel on Treehouse and specify the wins in a pool.
Take for example:
“Bob’s company has officially reached Seed funding today!” or “Sara has officially launched her new branding and website today, check it out!”
