Account Executive — Entrepreneurship

/pandō/ noun: a grove of aspen trees with a single underground root system

An individual aspen tree is vulnerable. It sways in the wind and draws water only from its own roots. When aspens grow together, however, their roots fuse into one shared system – distributing vital nutrients to the trees that need them most, and forming the single largest living organism in the known world. This is called a Pando.

So what does this have to do with us? Well, the nature of work is changing, and we face a new challenge. Earnings volatility – and corresponding financial uncertainty – is on the rise as the passion economy grows. Like individual aspens, we’re expected to stand alone in this uncertainty. But we don’t have to.

Introducing – Income Pooling.

Founded in 2017 out of Stanford, Pando has raised $12M from top FinTech VCs. We offer pools for a variety of high-volatility industries, from professional baseball to entrepreneurship. Through Pooling – through Pando – we’re building a future where we’re better together.
